beytbun is a Chicago-based coffee and mocktail cart co-founded by two best friends whose childhood dream was to open their own café (or bafe, a café and bookstore). Inspired by their Habesha roots, they took a leap of faith and started their mobile cart in July of 2025. Their philosophy ties culture, coffee, and care together, a commitment reflected in their house-made syrups and drink bases crafted thoughtfully without preservatives or shortcuts.
